To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Must include tags, packaging, and proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on:
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products
Hazardous, flammable, or gas-based products
Gift cards or sale items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item:
Return the original product
Place a new order after your return is accepted
If you're in the European Union, you’re entitled to return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund
