At Varleza, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at: support@varleza.com

  2. We’ll send you a link to our return portal

  3. Download your free return shipping label

  4. Follow the provided instructions to send your item back

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include tags, packaging, and proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous, flammable, or gas-based products

  • Gift cards or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item:

  1. Return the original product

  2. Place a new order after your return is accepted

EU Customers – 14-Day Return Right

If you're in the European Union, you’re entitled to return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund
